To ensure you’re fully set up for success, authorization to perform procedures under our supervision will be granted once the following steps are completed: EHR access and GFE (for non-NPs). We’re here to support you every step of the way!
  1. Fill out a short questionnaire
    We start by learning more about you and your practice. This helps us understand your specializations, goals, and how we can best support you moving forward.
  2. Send us copies of your Training Certificates
    To complete the compliance process, please send us copies of your relevant training certificates. This is necessary for us to verify credentials and maintain proper records.
  3. EHR/EMR and GFE Support
    For your MD to seamlessly access your patient charts, we offer flexible support. Whether you need recommendations for trusted partners for EHR/EMR systems and GFE solutions (for Non-NPs), or prefer to use your existing systems, we work with you to ensure smooth integration and compliance.
  4. Meet your Medical Director
    You will be introduced to your dedicated Medical Director (MD), who will offer personalized guidance and support on procedures specific to your practice. The MD will help you understand protocols, best practices and provide insights into the clinical aspects of your work, ensuring you are well-prepared for success.
Every month, you will receive an HIPAA-compliant form to attest to your procedures, ensuring we maintain the highest standards of privacy and security. It takes 5 minutes to complete and we can handle the rest.
